Huge Trade On American Border. 28 FIRMS TO BE PROBEOUTED (Australian and N.Z. Prem Association.) (Received 12 noon.) VANCOUVER, August 10. A message from Windsor' states that Jiqnor worth several million dollars was seized by the Ontario Government, along the United States border. Prosecutions have been launched against every border exporter in unlawful possession of liquor and 28 firms are involved.
