MARKETING COAL.
Efforts To Evolve National System. MEETINGS IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, July 27. An attempt is being made by influential British coal owners to evolve a national organisation of all the coalfields in the country for marketing purposes. Meetings with this end in view are taking place between representatives of the three distinct marketing schemes at present being tried in South Wales, in Yorkshire and in Scotland, together with owners representing other exporting coalfields.
