MEXICO MOURNS.
Catholic Clergy Blamed For Ob-egon Murder. SERIOUSNESS OF CRIME. (United Service.) (Received 11..10 a.m.) VANCOUVER, July 20. A message from Mexico City states that a special session of Congress will be held oil July 3ft, when extraordinary legislation will be presented to continue President Calles in oflice. The nation's mourning will start to-morrow for the death of General Obregon with the funeral and will continue for nine days. Tho Government is leaving no stone unturned to impress the seriousness of tho event upon the native Mexicans anil outsiders. Everywhere memorial services are being held, including Washington, Ran Francisco and Vancouver, to coincide with the hour of (Jencral Obregon's funeral. General Antonio Zertuche has been installed as a special chief of police to investigate the assassination and has announced that the responsibility of the crime rests with Catholic clergy. He intends not only to execute the murderer, but some others "jointly and intellectually responsible."
