'PLANE DOORS SAFE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 19. The report of the investigation conducted by officials of the Air Ministry in the Fokker aeroplane from which the millionaire, Captain Lowenstein, disappeared, states that no changes in the doors of passenger aeroplanes, and no special precautions, are necessary. In the test flight the investigating officials say they had the greatest difficulty in forcing open the door against the pressure of the wind.
