CHINESE ARRESTED.
ON THEFT CHARGE A REMAND GRANTED. ('harped with the theft of two wristlet watches valued at £5 7/, the property of Umberto Imperatric-e, Ng Shou, alias Sing On. a Chinese, appeared at the Police Court this morning. On the application of Chief Detective Hammond, accused was remanded until July 27. It was stated that accused was at present serving a sentence of two months' imprisonment.
