THE ARBITRATION COURT. HEADQUARTERS OPENED. "HIGHEST TRADITIONS UPHELD." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The new Court building and the headquarters of the Arbitration Court, adjoining the Supreme Court, was opened by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. F. J. Rolleston. The Hon. R. A. Wright said that since its establishment in 1896 the Court had made 2700 awards. There were now approximately 100,000 workers in unions, for whom awards and agreements were in operation. Mr. Rolleston congratulated the Court on its patience in enduring home'.essness for so many years. He declared that the Court had upheld the highest traditions of the courts of justice.
