ORDER FOR ARREST ISSUED.

CAPETOWN, July 10.
An order for the arrest of Judge Swindell for alleged contempt was granted by the Natal Supreme Court to-day. Counsel stated that subsequent to the personal service of a. Civil imprisonment summons, Judge Swindell left for Johannesburg. He had a passport which was visaed for Lourenco, Marquesas. The arrest order was wired to Johannesburg, but Judge Swindell had vanished.
