WHEAT. LONDON, July 10. Cargoes are quiet. There are good crop reports, but shippers show little disposition to press sales. Parcels are in small demand and are l%d to 4%d easier. At Liverpool by the Buteshire, 52/. Liverpool futures: July, 10/2 per cental; October, 10/6; December, 10/6Va. APPLES AND PEARS. LONDON, July 10. The Yedic's Tasmanian apples sold as follows:—Sturmers, 10/ to 12/; Rokewoods, 11/6 to 12/6; Cleopatras, 10/6 to 11/. The Tongariro's New Zealand apples sold as follows:—Sturmers, 10/6 to 12/6; Delicious, 13/ to 15/; Doughertys and Rokewoods, 13/ to 14/. The Benalla's Victorian pears were practically worthless. The Somerset's New Zealand pears were variable. The Winter Nelis (trays) realised 7/. The Tongariro's New Zealand pears were excellent. The Winter Nelis fetched from 4/ to 7/6, the Josephines from 6/ to 8/. KANSAS WHEAT CROP. (Australian and X.Z. Press Association.) NEW YORK, July 9. A heavy movement of wheat from Kansas is beginning. The second largest crop on record is being handled in the State, namely, 170,000,000 bushels. This has only been beaten by the 1924 crop of 180,000,000 bushels. Thfe quality of the new wheat is said to be high. The apprehension caused by recent rains proved to be groundless. Most of the wheat has been graded No. 1 and weighs from 611b to 641b per bushel. CHICAGO WHEAT VALUES. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 10 a.m.) CHICAGO, July 9. Wheat for delivery in July is quoted at Chicago at $1.31% per bushel. For September delivery the rate is $1.34%, and for December $1.38%.
