At a meeting of representatives oi tfceTe Awamrutu Domain Board, the A. and P. Association, and other usera ot Albert Park, It wai decided to promote a king carnival to raise £800 for a commodious building for the Show Association's home industries section and to provide grandstand accommodation committee rooms and training quarters for all forms of sport. It is pro posed to nominate candidates represent)> the sports, the farmers, the business co mnntty and the Maoris.
