CROQUET.
MOUNT EDEN CLUB. There was a good attendance of members ar the annual meeting of the Mount Kden Croquet Club. Mrs. Owen presiding The annual report stated the club was in a gjod linancii position and the past season had been a very successful one. Prizes won during the season were presented as foilows : —B championship. Mrs. Von Stunner: handicap doubles. Mrs. Von Stunner and Mrs. Cowie ; B handicap singles. Mrs. Vou Sturmer. The following officers were elected :— Patron, Mr. Oliver Nicholson : hon. auditor, Mr. S. Gray: president, Mrs. R. Hooton ; vice-president. Mrs. Owen; hon. secretary, Mrs. C. McGill: hon. treasurer. Mrs. Cowie; committee. Mesdames Cox, Chadwick, Clark, Tennent, McKay: match committee, Mesdames Tennent, Darrach, Von Stunner; green superintendent. Miss Blades ; tea committee. Mesdames Sherriff. Salmon, Wilkin. White: social committee. Mesdames Murdoch. Calwell : delegates to Auckland Association. Mesdames R. Hooton, S. McGill. Von jstuxaaer.
