'VARSITY FOR CEYLON.
(British Official Wirelesß.) (Receded 1 p.m.) RUGBY, June 22. The Colonial Secretary has selected Sir Walter Riddell, Principal of Hertford College, Oxford, to be chairman of a commission which is to be appointed in Ceylon to work out a scheme for the establishment of a university there. Sir Walter will sail for Ceylon at an early date.
