SALE OF MOTOR CAR.
CLAIM AFTER FIVE YEARS.
JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT. The hearing of the claim of Mrs. E. S. Rae (Mr. F. D. McLiver) for £325 from William Alexander Fraser (Mr. G. P. Finlav) for the sale of a motor car five years ago to Robert Dickson, with whom Fraser was a partner, was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon before Mr. Justice MacGregoi. Mr. McLiver called the plaintiff, who denied that she had been a party to any agreement under which Fraser was to be released from all the debts of the partnership. She also denied that she was interested in the exploitation of patents by Dickson in Australia. His Honor, in giving judgment for the defendant with costs, said that it was perfectly clear from the documents that the partnership had been dissolved and that Dickson had assumed, all liabilities.
