DIRTY MILK.
EXPOSURE IN WANGANUL HONEST VENDORS CONCERNED. ?By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WANGANUL this day. Wanganui threatens to establish a record for dirty milk samples. Inspectors have been particulaily alert of late, and further lots of samples taken since the beginning of the week disclose an unsatisfactory state of affairs, some being very dirty. All milkmen have been having a particularly lively time from thrifty housewives on their rounds, with the result that some vendors met yesterday to discuss the situation, and decided to take steps to protect themselves and apprise the public that they are vendors of clean milk, and leave the others to work out their own salvation. Recent disclosures will undoubtely lead to a parting of the ways in the Milk Vendors' Association.
