UNPAID NATIVE RATES.

TE KUITI, Saturday. The recent Native Lands Commission, which sat at Te Kniti, has now fulfilled the agreement entered into with the Waitomo County Council in respect to unpaid native rates. Tlic sum of £7000 Jias now been pa id over to the count v. All unlcased native lands will now become exempt from the ltating Art till 1030, when it is hoped the consolidation of these lands will he completed.
