FEUDING STOCK SALE.
FEILDING, Friday. There was an exceptionally heavy yarding of sheep at the Feilding sale to-day, fat lambs especially being forward in large numbers. Prices were a shade higher for grown sheep, and fat lumbs were on a par with the previous sale. Fat woolly lambs made 27/ to 30/2; shorn black-face lambs, 20/ to 32/; woolly black-face lambs, 23/ to 33/6; shorn white-face lambs, 26/7 to 28/9; black-face two-tooth lambs, 33/; wethers, 34/6 to 40/; maiden ewes, 35/ to 38/6; fat e\fes, 27/ to 31/5; a pen of exceptionally good heavy ewes, 35/3. Store sheep: Four and tive-yeur-old ewes, running with Southdown rums, 28/3 to 33/; a line of four-year-old ewes. 37/7 to 37/10: wethers, 37/ to 37/11; mixed sex. 22/4; ewe lambs, 26/ to 31/3; black-face lambs, 20/ to 22/: empty ewes, 16/10; wether lambs, 24/. A fair yarding of cuttic maintained late rates. Fat bullocks made up to £11 12/; fat cows, £5 10/ to £9; heifers, £5 2/6 to £5 10/; dairy weaner heifer., 71/ to £5 3/6; springing heifers, £7 to £12; dairy cows, £6 to £9, springing cows, £7.
