In tlio House of Commons the Home Secretary, William Joy.nson-Hi'.ks, in answer to a question, said he had hoped to give the result of his inquiries into the sources through which t;i<: Soviet financed its propaganda in Britain, but owing to pressure of work lio must askpfor a postponement.
He was taking away a mass of papers on the subject to read in the Whitsun holidays.
