(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondents PAPAHOA, this day. At the annual meeting of the Otamatea County • Council, Mr. It. Coates was reelected chairman. He lias been in office continuously since 1918. The annual report showed that the percentage rates collected in 1927-28 was 90 per cent, as against 88.4 per cent for the previous year. Mareretu riding had 100 per cent collected. All ridings finished the year in credit. The council decided to purchase another motor grader and scraper during the current year. . .
