FIRE AT KIHIKIHI.
TE AWAMUTU, Saturday.
A seven-roomed wooden dwelling situated in Glen Valley, Kihikihi, owned and occupied by Mr. C. Taylor, vu totally destroyed by fire at 1.30 this afternoon. It is believed the occupants were absent when the outbreak occurred and was discovered by a passerby. Assistance was immediately forthcoming, but the flames had a good hold, and all efforts to save anything were futile.
