UNCLEAN PREMISES.
HAMILTON BUTCHER CONVICTED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A Norton Road butcher named Norman White was prosecuted under the Health Act in connection with the state of his premises. The prosecuting solicitor said accuscd's premises had been in a filthy condition, but since the summons was issued they had been cleaned up. Accused was ordered to pay costs and solicitor's fee.
