SESSION CONCLUDES.

ARBITRATION COURT. The quarterly session of the Auckland Arbitration Court concluded yesterday after the hearing of additional legal argument in the case in which the Pukemiro Collieries, Ltd (Mr. M. Myers, K.C., with him Mr. J. Terry) appealed against the decision of Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in nonsuiting them when they claimed penalties from the Pukemiro Coalmine Workers' Industrial Union (Mr. P. O'Regan) in respect to certain industrial trouble that occurred at the mine last June. Mr. Justice Frazer said the Court would consider the legal points raised and give its written decision later. The members of the Court, Mr. Justice Frazer (president), Mr. G. T. Booth, assessor for the employers, and Mr. A. L. Montieth, assessor for the employees, left last evening for Hamilton, where the Court will be occupied to-day. They will proceed to Wellington to-morrow evening.
