At 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, the . newly-erected Palm House and Pergola ; adjoining the Winter Garden, at the i Domain will be officially handed over t to the citizens of Auckland. On behalf of subscribers, who contributed to the cost of erection, Sir George Elliott' will present the keys of tthe buildings to his Worship the Mayor, who will receive them on :behailf a| the : ppuncU iiaid burgggses.
