PEACE CONFERENCE.

POLAND AND LITHUANIA. LONDON, April 1. The conference between representatives of Poland and Lithuania about the frontier dispute has been opened at Konigsberg, East Prussia. The Polish Foreign Minister, M. Zaleski, expressed joy at seeing the delegates from Poland and Lithuania together. "Let us get to work full of confidence as to our success," he said.

The conference adopted rules of procedure, after which a reception was given by the Prussian authorities. The guests included 50 journalists.
