• ! HOVEL PARIS DEVICE. PARIS, March 30. Telephone subscribers in Paris have been provided with a novelty in the form of a phonographic device which records telephone conversations. The idea is to enable people to keep records of important conversations, which can be reproduced on ordinary gramophones.
