COUNTY MAIN ROADS.
The Franklin County Council, at a special meeting yesterday, confirmed a resolution to declare certain roads county . main roads, making them a charge on the county as a whole and thereby providing that subsidies should be a benefit to the county as a whole.
Mr. J. Henry dissented from the resolution, intimating that he considered the Patumahoe-Waiau Pa road should be included.
