(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The School Committees' Association received a letter from the New Zealand Educational Institute suggesting the' relief of unemployment among teachers by reduction in the size of classes, but resolved that, in view of the large vote for education and the unsatisfied demand for new buildings, the association could not support the proposal.
