EXCESSIVE SPEED.
SERVICE DRIVER FINED. (By Telegraph.—Own « .^udent.) HAMILTON, this day. Raymond McKenzie, service driver between Hamilton and Auckland, was lined £3 and costs for negligent driving. The evidence showed that the car collided with a telegraph messenger on a cycle in Hamilton while defendant was travelling at an excessive speed.
