MISBEHAVIOUR WITH GIRLS. (Received 11 a.m.) CANBERRA. March 28. the result of the unseemly conduct of some negro entertainers with white girls in Melbourne, the Federal Government has decided that in future permits to enter Australia as members of bands or entertainers will not be granted to negroes. Cabinet is considering a similar ban on negro boxers.
