FROZEN MEAT.
RECENT SHIPMENTS
For the fortnight ending March 15 exports of frozen meat from New Zealand were as follows: 4927 quarters of beef, 72.609 carcases of mutton, 281,211 earcases of lamb, and 1749 carcases of pork. The shipments for the present season to date, viz., October 1 to March 15, compared with those of the same period last year, are as follows: — 1026-7. 1927-8.
