, member of the City Council thinks thai the council has not lost the confidence of the people and that councillors should not take notice of "ill-informed tittle-tattle." It would be interesting to know whom this councillor mixes with that she is not aware of the strength and depth of popular dissatisfaction. Uoes feeling about the water shortage or the mishandling of transport come under the category of til-informed tittle-tattle"!
