MOTOR TRUCK AFIRE.

CRASHES THROUGH FENCE,

TE AWAMUTU, Wednesday. A" motor truck, owned by Mr. Les. Armstrong, pllimber, and driven by an employee, took fire and was totally destroyed while proceeding along Te Rahu Road. The driver noticed smoke at the rear of the truck and pulled up to investigate. While he was walking to the back of the truck it' started off and crashed through a fence a mass of flames. The truck was insured for £100 in the New Zealand office.
