GOOD CATCH AT WHANGAEOA,

WHANGAROA, this day.

Mr. H. White Wiekham, of London, lias arrived at Whangaroa to try out the deep-sea fishing ground again. He had considerable luck here last season, landing 17 big fish within as many days. On his first day out, yesterday, from the launch Ozone, he landed a swordfish weighing 1891b. Mr. Stanley Ellis (Hamilton) landed a mako weighing 1601b.
