Cleveland (Auckland), and Messrs. C. F. Schroeder (Invercargill), A. P. Cowie (Gore), H. W. Johnston (Waikaka, Southland), J. Scarlet (Otamita, Southland), and N. M. Brown (Dunedin). Owing to all accommodation being filled, several applications by women were declined. The total enrolment for the session was 35 men and 29 women resident students, and two men and one woman non-resident students.

It was resolved to lay out three tennis courts on the land adjoining Myers Park. A budget for the present year was submitted to the meeting, and it showed that the estimated expenditure for the year would be approximately £4500.
