(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) RUSSELL, this day. Mr. Gordon E. Hewen, chairman of the Russell Town Board, entertained the captain and officers of H.M.s. Diomede, together with a few residents of Russell, and a pleasant evening was spent at dancing and card?.
