CHRISTMAS EVE INCIDENT.

"Had it not been for his abusive conduct and violent language. I should have treated the matter lightly, but the circumstances alter the case," commented j Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in fining Evan Robert Williams £2 for breaking a borough by-law on Christmas Eve. Williams insisted in passing through a barrier, and used abusive and insulting language when defying the traffic inspector.
