PITY FOR SUICIDES.
LONDON, February 2. The Rt. Rev. W. G. Whittingham, Bishop of St. Edmundsburv, gave a ruling in regard to the burial of"perso:is who had committed suicide, which directs that the UMial procedure be adopted where the jury finds the deceased was mentally deranged because, not beinv responsible relatives and friends deserve a measure of pity and sympathy.
