GREIG. —On Thursday. January 20. 102 S. at Otorohanga. Allan Kenneth, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. W. Greig, accidentally drowned.

CONNELL. —On February 4. at her residence, No. 8, Sunglen Avenue, suddenly. Mary, widow of the late Robert Connell: aged 67 years. Funeral will leave her late residence for Hillsboro', Sunday (tomorrow), 3.30 p.m.

CULPAN— On February 4. at his late residence, Matatea. Selwyn Terrace, Parnell, William Culpan: aged 77 years. Deeply regretted. Memorial service on Monday at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Lower Symonds Street, funeral leaving at 2.30 p.m. for Purewa Cemetery.

KIDSON. —On Thursday, January 2t5 ; 1928, at Otorohanga. Leslie Claude, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Kidsou, accidentally drowned.

PALMER—On February 2, 1928, at a private hospital, Irvine Fordyce, dearly beloved youngest son of David and Evelyn Palmer, 155, Point Chevalier Road, formerly of Epsom, and grandson of the late John Palmer, Waipukurau; aged 21 years. The fuaeral will leave his parents' residence on Sunday at two o'clock, for Waiiaraka. Friends please accept this intimation.

SYMS.—On February 1. J.M., father of Mrs. li. 0. Sparling, 43. Park Koad: Mr. H. Syms, Mrs. W. H. Paterson, also the late Campbell. Boyle Crescent and Mr. E. Syms. Ligar Street. ' TJERBY.—On February 3, 1928. at Domain Shelters, James Buchanan, beloved eldest son of Alex and Jean Terry, of Wark--worth; aged 30 years. His end was peace. Interment at Warkworth, at 2 p.m., to-morrow (Sunday). WALKER.—On February 2, at Tokaanu, George Ernest, dearly beloved husband of Eleanor May Walker and only son of Harriet and the late C. G. Walker. The funeral will leave his late residence, 2, Roslyn Avenue, Bemuera, at 3 p.m. tomorrow (Sunday), for Purewa Cemetery. WATTS.—Albert Edward Watts, accidentally " killed; son of- Mr. and Mrs. W. Watts, of Ongoroto; aged 25 years.
