RAILWAY STAFF LIST. THE REGRADING SCHEME. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. The regrading scheme, with consequent promotions and changes in the railway staff, has resulted in extensivo alterations in the Auckland personnel, the following being included in the latest list: W. Barrett, from Frankton to divisional clerk district traffic manager at Auckland; W. Blackmore, from Te Kuiti, transport officer, Wanganui; H. E. Cheeseman, Onehunga, to traffic inspector, Ohakune; S. I. Greenwood, stationmaster at Otahuhu, to senior goods clerk at Auckland; I. D. C. Da vies, stationmaster at Helensville, transferred to Putaruru, and vacancy filled by W. S. Thompson, Waipukurau; W. G. Stewart, Balclutha, to stationmaster at Otahuhu; I. Barker, Auckland, to stationmaster at Morrinsville; A. 0. Brown, central booking office, Wellington, to stationmaster at Rotorua; I. White, Addington, to stationmaster at Te Kuiti; G. T. Lainson, traffic officer, Auckland, to stationmaster at Feilding; R. Gallagher, stationmaster at Helensville, to wagon supply officer at Auckland; R. H. 6. Bardie, chief clerk at sawmill, Frankton, to wagon supply officer at Wellington; F. Cording, Taumarunui, to assistant traffic inspector at Frankton Junction; W. Cooper, stationmaster at Rotorua, to stationmaster at Waipukurau; E. T. 0. Osborne, Auckland, to stationmaster at Onehunga; P. A. Munro, Otahuhu, to stationmaster at Otorohanga; G. H. Watt, stationmaster at Thames, to stationmaster at Otaki; W. C. Bond, stationmaster at Putaruru, to stationmaster at Waipara; P. Mewburn, Greymouth, to yard foreman at Frankton; I. Leslie, stationmaster at Ingle wood, to senior clerk at sawmills, Frankton; A. T.
