(Received 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, January 31. Senator R. M. La Follette has introduced a resolution to the Senate condemning third presidential terms as unwise and unpatriotic, and fraught *lth perils to our free institutions."

He announced that he had been informed of a new movement afoot to draft Mr. Cooliclge for re-election, and declared that Mr. Charles Hilles, vicecuairman of the Republican Committee, Wd Mr. Andrew Mellon were working in close co-operation in an endeavour to obtain uninstructed delegations from many States to this end.
