VICTORY FAIR BANNED
BERLIN, January 27
"Germany cannot be expected to participate in victory celebrations, and has advised its firms not to exhibit at the Milan fair, to mark the tenth anniversary of the declaration of peace."
This was the Government's reply to the Italian invitation. Italy, accordingly, has refused to exhibit at tH Cologne fair.
