Certificates are not usually awarded for jokes and riddles, although they are occasionally given for exceptionally good ones. Blue certificates count foiir points, pink three, yellow two, and green one. Letters for the Witch Doctor may be addressed to him c/o this office. In order to become a pen friend, choose a pen name for yourself and forward it to this office, together with particulars as to your age, etc., which are likely to be of help in choosing a suitable correspondent. If "Dear unto my heart" contributions queries, mottoes, etc., are enclosed with letters, they must be written on separate sheets of paper.
