CHRISTMAS TREAT. A Christmas treat was given the Henderson Valley children In the Ferndale Hall. There was a large attendance, and the Christmas tree, -laden with gifts And decorations, gladdened the hearts of the children, each chlU?. even to the babies, receiving a present. Fatl-er Christmas, gorgeous in his robSVfctate greatly delighted the child ren. Itemi were given by tSeschool children aad their performance reflected great credit on their (Capable training /by a lady resident. A pleasing interlude was a presentation by .the residents to Mr. and Mrs- Knight of a.tea set, as an expression of their generoslty dnrlng the year In putting their hall it of the residents.
