ON PENDINE SANDS.

RUGBY, November 28,

The attempt made by Signor Foresti, on Pendine Sands, South Wales, yesterday, to establish new motoring records in his car Djelmo, ended in disaster. The car skidded, turned completely over twice and was shattered. Foresti had a wonderful escape, suffering only from shock and an injured shoulder. He had a bad cut over the right eye.
