WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.
INGRAM—KIDD.
A wedding of considerable Interest to Waiuku took place on Wednesday at Holy Trinity Church between Gwendoline, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A, J. Kidd, and James M. Ingram, only son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Ingram, of Rama Rama. The Rev. J. C. Fussell officiated. The church, which was beautifully decorated, was well filled with guests. The bridge was given away by her father, and looked very sweet in a frock of pink charmeuse, trimmed with silver, and wore a veil of Honiton lace with a coronet of pearls and orange blossoms. She carried a shower bouquet of roses, Iceland poppies and maiden-hair fern. A cousin of the bride, Miss T. Gilles, and Miss A. Ingram, sister of the bridegroom, acted aa bridesmaids, and wore ecru lace over pink crepe de chine, witb shoulder posies of blue chrysanthemums. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Cliff Kidd as best ipan, with Mr. Fred Kidd .as groomsman. Miss W. West presided at the organ. The wedding breakfast was held in the Oddfellows' Hall, Mr. and Mrs. Kidd receiving about 200 guests.
Mrs. Kidd, mother of the bride, wore cornflower blue georgette, with hat and scarf to match; Mrs. C. Kidd (Auckland), navy taffeta and hat to tone; Mrs. Dr. Laurenson (Matamata), beaded almond green crepe de chine and crinoline hat; Miss Parker, apricot georgette; Mrs. Gillies, navy georgette, green and cerise trimmings; Mrs. J. Gillies, black georgette, over pala puis.
