NO WIRELESS CARRIED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 2 p.m.) RUGBY, November IT. Anxiety is beginning to be felt for Captain Mcintosh and Mr. Bert Hinkler, who started from Upavon on Tuesday to attempt a non-stop flight to India. They had fuel for 47 hours, which expired at noon to-day. Up to this evening no news had been received of them. They carried no wireless, however, and they may have come down in sonic locality remote from communication.
