(To the Editor.)
I quit© agree with the sentiments express** by your correspondent when he says that* need a change of Government, and I furtW endorse his remarks apropos Sir Joseph Wawf There is no doubt that the onlv man to thi3 country out of the tangle it is in u fu! old Liberal leader. It is all a matter of financ* and Sir Joseph is undoubtedly the 2 financial genius that this country has ever £•? I saw and heard him recently in Parliament when he made the finest speech made inthl House for years, and I was very nm£ impressed with his vigour and apparent *ood health. As a Reformer, one can admire sod a man. Let me express the hope that a mow ment will be started to get Sir Joseph to le«d a party; then we may speedily expect coed times again, for such a party would sorX win an election. JOHN C. BULLOCK.
