Unimproved Capital Value £61,458,000. ADDED REVENUE £70,000. (Received 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The city assessors report shows that the improved capital value of the city is assessed at £61,458.000 compared with £44,215.000 last year, an increase of nearly £17,200,000. This means an additional revenue of £70.000 per annum.
