ERRING MOTORISTS.

TO-DAY'S BY-LAW CASES.

A small number bf motorists and others who had broken the city by-laws were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court this morning. Sergeant Calwell conducted the prosecutions.

In addition to being fined f I and costs 19/ for speeding, F. Flanagan was fined £2 for not having his car properly lighted.

For leaving their cars unattended in Queen Street longer than, the prescribed period, the were each fined 10/, plus costs 16/: —-Leslie Peacock, M. G. Sayers, Mavis Watkins, R. P. Worley, and C, R. Angus, while R. T. Shepherd was fined £1 and costs. William Bodley, who failed to produce Jus driver's license, was fined 10/. and costs 16/, and for failing to notify change of ownership, G. F. Chrippes was fined £1, and costs 16/,
