FRENCH COMMUNISTS.
PARIS, September 18. A correctional tribunal has sentenced by default seven Communists for inciting soldiers to insubordination. They include a member of the Chamber of Deputies, M. Clamamus, and two editors and managers of Communist journals. The sentences range from ten to three years' imprisonment.
