FIRST IN NORTH TBT.ATgT! MORE WILL BE BUILT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. At the infant school this morning the Hon. R. A. Wright, Minister of Education, formally opened the first open-air class-room built in the North Island. He said it was the Department's intention to go on building similar rooms.
