CHARGE DENIED.
MR. JORDAN AMD FARMERS. "ELECTIONEERING PROPAGANDA." (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIUKU, this day. The charge made in the House of 'Representatives that he had spoken in a depreciatory manner of the farmers was strongly denied by Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P. Speaking on behalf of Mr. W. Lee Martin, Labour candidate for Raglan, Mr. Jordan said the charge was electioneering propaganda. The Labour party, he declared, was on the side of the farmer.
